About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Fuel Attendant to join our team at TBA Enterprises in Ventura, CA. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash facilities.
  • Restock store shelves, maintain inventory, and ensure all food is labeled with date and time of preparation.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling card and cash payments and maintaining a balanced register.
  • Upsell products and promotions to customers while providing excellent customer service.
  • Clean windows, countertops, and floors daily, and perform minor repairs as needed.

This role involves working at the register, stocking merchandise, and assisting customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks according to business needs.

Key Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
