**Schedule:** Per Diem, As Needed. Office open M-F

**The role you'll contribute:**

Test assigned adult and geriatric members, assess their abilities, and assist patients in making adequate progress in the exercise/rehab program for that individual. Explain all modes of exercise used within Cardiac/Pulmonary rehab programs and be able to assist patients with each modality.

**The value you'll bring to the team:**

Monitor patients while exercising, including HR, B/P, 02 saturation, and telemetry.

Assist with daily documentation and document progress of patients through monthly/quarterly progress notes.

Maintain equipment, including cleaning equipment once per day and reporting all problems to be repaired.

Qualifications

**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**

High School diploma or GED

Preferred healthcare-related field, such as C.N.A., LPN, ED Tech, Exercise Physiology, or EKG
