Key Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Property Caretaker, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting regular upkeep of landscapes, including mowing, trimming, and maintaining gardens.
• Building and preserving parking areas, trails, and fences.
• Overseeing the maintenance of structures using various tools and equipment.
• Ensuring cleanliness by removing litter and debris.
• Collaborating with volunteers to address property needs.
• Performing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A strong interest and some experience in landscape management and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with the public.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with commercial landscaping equipment.
• Familiarity with the safe operation of heavy machinery is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 40 pounds.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Capability to obtain necessary certifications as required.
