Job Summary:

Experience the thrill of teaching snowsports to guests of all ages at Paoli Peaks. As a ski instructor, you will deliver high-quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing exceptional guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on children
  • Deliver world-class guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment, adapting to the needs of each guest
  • Support the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
