Community Banking Specialist

ACNB Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Community Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our universal banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by assessing their financial needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify cross-selling opportunities for products and services;
• Establish and maintain deposit and loan account relationships;
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the achievement of office sales and service objectives;
• Perform Community Banking Associate/Teller duties as needed.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and sales skills;
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and operating systems;
• A valid driver's license;
• A minimum of one year of banking experience.
