We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee DOT projects in our Fairview Heights, Illinois office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and the ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed design scopes and budgets, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal and external team members. The successful candidate will be able to provide consistent project updates to clients and lead junior team members on various project components.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois
  • 10+ years of experience in civil/highway design for state DOT, County, City, and/or other municipal clients
  • Proven track record of leading multiple design projects concurrently
