Position Overview

Restaurant Associates is actively seeking a dedicated individual for the full-time role of FOOD SERVICE UTILITY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen work areas and ensure all equipment and utensils are orderly.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks including sweeping and mopping floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
  • Wash and sanitize work surfaces, including tables, walls, and food preparation areas.
  • Manage waste disposal by removing trash and cleaning garbage containers.
  • Assist in the transfer of supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Support banquet setup and assist with front-of-house arrangements.
  • Help with the loading, unloading, and delivery of supplies and products.
  • Distribute utensils and portable equipment as required.
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
