Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field, state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist, and knowledge of assessment tools and techniques for evaluating academic, cognitive, and socio-emotional functioning.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed to identify students' strengths and challenges.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to promote academic, social, and emotional well-being.
- Provide counseling services to students, families, and staff to support student success.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Completion of required continuing education or professional development.
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Clear background check and fingerprinting.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Flexibility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
