  • Inspect job sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including time sheets and safety reports.
  • Train team members on job-specific tasks and safety protocols.
  • Maintain operational records and monitor inventory levels.
  • Ensure that work areas are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and apply information from blueprints and specifications accurately.
  • Safely utilize power and hand tools relevant to concrete work.
  • Identify and handle various materials used in carpentry.
  • Operate equipment such as manlifts and forklifts safely.
  • Construct and secure concrete forms using appropriate methods.
  • Cut, bend, and install rebar as required.
  • Install anchor bolts effectively.
  • Demonstrate skills in pouring and finishing concrete.
  • Handle and apply epoxy grouts competently.
  • Measure and layout work accurately using appropriate tools.
  • Cut materials to specified dimensions using various saws.
  • Assemble frameworks using nails, screws, or bolts.
  • Secure forms and structures using appropriate anchoring techniques.
  • Mark cutting lines and bore holes as needed.
Essential Skills:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, lifting, and kneeling.
  • Good hand-eye coordination for tool operation.
  • Depth perception for accurate distance judgment.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, especially for underground work.
  • Basic math skills for calculating surface areas and material needs.
  • Proficient in English for reading instructions and writing reports.
  • Ability to interpret work orders and specifications accurately.
  • Knowledge of safe tool usage, including various saws.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years as a journeyman Form Carpenter or in a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Cement Finishing or Rodbuster roles is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations is essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment is required.
