Position Summary

As a Barista, you will showcase exceptional customer service abilities through the preparation of high-quality beverages, engaging with customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge, and exhibiting superior barista skills.

Our hours of operation are from 7 am to 2 pm, with plans to extend to 7 pm in the near future. We provide excellent benefits for full-time team members and a competitive gratuity structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in specialty coffee, retail, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a sense of urgency while assisting customers.
• Show enthusiasm for coffee and tea.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively as well as independently.
• Skilled in building customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of following oral and written instructions.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Proficient in cash handling.
