Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Operate the switchboard telephone system and communicate with callers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide basic information to callers and assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Work with department managers to stay up-to-date on new products and services offered by the dealership.
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
  • Manage inventory, organize, and maintain the cleanliness of the small convenience store.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.
  • Professional personal appearance.
