Job Overview

As a Commercial Plumbing Specialist, your primary role will involve the installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in both tenant improvement and new construction commercial settings. The working hours are scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, 9 PM to 6 AM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install various types of plumbing pipes including PVC, ABS, Cast Iron (no hub), and copper.
  • Ensure proper installation of fixtures in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
  • Install commercial-grade gas, electric, and tankless water heating systems.
  • Conduct inspections of existing lines to locate and assess pipes and connections.
  • Engage in manual labor to prepare and maintain job sites, which may include digging trenches, supporting excavation sides, erecting scaffolding, and clearing debris.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, plans, and isometric drawings.
  • Install services for grease traps, waste systems, sump pumps, and other utilities in commercial retail environments.
  • Adhere to current OSHA safety standards and practices.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support departmental operations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in commercial plumbing.
  • Availability to work night shifts.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
