For over three decades, New Season Treatment Centers has been a prominent national healthcare service provider, specializing in outpatient facilities that deliver safe, high-quality, and exemplary care for individuals grappling with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").
With operations spanning more than 70 treatment centers across various states, our dedicated team engages in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and comprehensive care management for those affected by OUD.
We focus on treating the entire individual, addressing the root causes of OUD to ensure a continuum of care that not only meets treatment needs but also supports patients throughout their recovery journey.
Position Overview:
New Season operates a network of nationally recognized and accredited methadone treatment centers committed to assisting individuals struggling with prescription drug abuse and/or opiate addiction in reclaiming their lives.
We take immense pride in treating our patients with dignity and respect at every stage of their treatment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with patients to complete all necessary intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer documentation.
• Document patient progress through counseling sessions and group interactions.
• Develop patient psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans within specified timeframes.
• Identify clinical and case management needs and work towards addressing them.
• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling as required.
• Provide direct one-on-one counseling to patients through individual or group sessions.
• Report any instances of patient abuse, neglect, or exploitation as mandated.
• Address patient grievances as required.
• Educate patients on all aspects of treatment, related health issues, and recovery steps.
• Obtain Urine Drug Screens and initial patient identification documentation.
• Assist in monitoring patient activities within the center.
• Actively engage in community relations initiatives as directed.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with the Policy and Procedures Manual.
• Adhere to 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA).
• Maintain proper licensure and/or certification as per state requirements.
• Participate in preparations for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and other regulatory agencies as dictated by state laws.
• Attend all staff meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations, and policies.
• Always act in the best interests of the program and organization, honoring and protecting the proprietary data and rights of the company.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by clinic, regional, or corporate leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate dependability and reliability.
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
