Key Responsibilities
- Conduct examinations and diagnose illnesses
- Create treatment plans and provide guidance and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to streamline care delivery
- Keep patient records up to date and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements
- Current Virginia medical licensure and Pediatric Board Certification required
- Pediatric specialty certification or relevant experience in pediatric care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
