Job Summary

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working as an Orthoptist
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control techniques, and age-related acuity levels
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and work well in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to support all ophthalmology sites if needed
Work Environment

This role is based at the Mission Viejo Center, with opportunities to work at fully equipped clinics in Orange and Mission Viejo. The department is fully staffed and offers excellent resources, including Nextech EMR designed specifically for Ophthalmology.

Physical Demands

This role requires a medium to high energy level, with the ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs, push/pull +/- lbs, and perform other physical activities as outlined in the job description.
