Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and fellowship-trained Acute Care Surgeon to join our dynamic team at a premier Level II Trauma Center. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to engage in a high-volume Acute Care Surgery and Trauma program.

Program Highlights
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of 6 attending Trauma/ACS providers, including 5 fellowship-trained surgeons.
  • Work alongside 10 specialized advanced practice providers focused on Trauma/ACS services.
  • Participate in an ACS Verified Level II Trauma Program.
  • Benefit from 24/7 support from advanced practice providers.
  • Engage with an Emergency Department that sees over 90,000 patients annually, with the TACS service evaluating around 2000 trauma patients and providing comprehensive surgical coverage.
  • Experience a diverse mix of surgical cases, including complex open surgeries and opportunities for robotic surgery.
  • Contribute to ongoing scholarly activities through regular conferences aimed at professional development.
Position Responsibilities
  • Maintain a balanced clinical workload across all aspects of Acute Care Surgery.
  • Provide mentorship and education to advanced practice providers.
