Job Summary
A Certified Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and maintaining personal hygiene, as well as ensuring they take their medication as prescribed. The Certified Nursing Assistant also assesses patients' vital signs and notifies staff of any changes. This position requires a high school education and completion of a state-approved formal training program, with some employers requiring CPI certification. Recent experience is preferred, and per diem shifts are available.
