Dishroom Assistant

We are a dynamic restaurant chain looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishroom Assistant to join our team.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining area and kitchen.

This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and work experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for washing, drying, and sanitizing cookware, plate ware and utensils, as well as sweeping, mopping, and washing areas in the kitchen.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Washing and Sanitizing: Wash, dry, and sanitize cookware, plate ware and utensils to ensure they are ready for use.
• Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep, mop, and wash areas in the kitchen, including walls and kitchen equipment.
• Stocking Deliveries: Receive and stock deliveries of food, paper goods, and other supplies.
• Assisting Kitchen Staff: Assist line cooks and other kitchen staff with cleaning and stocking duties.

• Reliable Transportation: Possess a reliable means of transportation to commute to work.
• Good Communication Skills: Demonstrate good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
• Teamwork: Be able to work well in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be punctual, and have a keen eye for detail. While prior experience is not necessary, it is a plus.
