Manage your patients in our dedicated outpatient dialysis unit, Fresenius Skagit Valley, featuring 25 beds directly connected to the outpatient clinic, offering both in-center HD and home PD/HHD programs.
The Nephrology service at Skagit Regional Health includes both inpatient and outpatient services, supported by a critical care team and interventional radiology services for acute dialysis, dialysis access placement, and kidney biopsy.
Additional services comprise patient assessment for AKI, critical care consultations, a peritoneal dialysis program, and outpatient CKD management. The dialysis center, outpatient clinic, and inpatient unit are conveniently located on the same campus, enhancing accessibility. Our Nephrology practice benefits from a robust referral network from our in-house primary care providers, ensuring a significant patient volume from the outset.
Opportunities for teaching are available with medical students from PNWU and residents from our own SRH Residency Program.We utilize an integrated EPIC EMR platform across the organization.
Requirements:
Completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship program.
Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Nephrology.
Possession of an active Washington State license or the ability to obtain one.
The ideal candidate will prioritize quality care, patient experience, and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed two-year salary: $376,886. Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement, and CME allowance. Malpractice insurance is fully covered. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
