Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the backbone of our operations, driving our familiar brown trucks and bringing packages great and small to our customers. They're a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel.

What It Takes

To succeed in this role, you'll need the ability to lift up to 70 lbs., a valid driver's license (no CDL required), and a passing score on the DOT physical. Excellent customer service and driving skills are also essential. Additionally, you'll need to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Work Schedule

Full-time UPS employees work eight to ten hours per day, with varying workdays (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) depending on business needs. This is a seasonal role, but it can lead to permanent opportunities with UPS, which offers an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.

Compensation
