- Represent the team and firm in project and client interviews, effectively communicating our expertise and value proposition.
- Assist with marketing efforts to clients, highlighting our capabilities and achievements.
- Work closely with internal team members to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Attend meetings with clients, local authorities, and other professionals, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Review designs prepared by others to ensure they adhere to QA/QC standards, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 12 years of experience in mechanical design, with a proven track record of success.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Experience leading a design team, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to design multiple types of projects, including architectural and industrial projects.
- Broad experience in HVAC and plumbing design for various building and system types.
Salary is commensurate with experience. The successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
