About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care within our organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
  • 2 years of RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
