Role Overview:
The Finance team plays a crucial role in steering the budgeting and forecasting initiatives while supporting strategic planning efforts. We are responsible for managing performance metrics against established budgets and ensuring robust financial controls are in place across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organizational strategy.
- Maintain compliance with professional standards and statutory financial obligations.
- Oversee tax planning activities and ensure accurate tax reporting.
- Secure adequate long-term funding to support the Strategic Plan and M&A activities.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A with comprehensive knowledge of financial statements.
- Experience in government contracting or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and drive effective solutions.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Prior experience in private equity is advantageous.
