**About the Role:**

As a Showroom Coordinator, you'll be the face of Ferguson in our showroom. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and helping customers find the products they need.

**Responsibilities:**

* Greet guests and develop lasting customer relationships
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Manage customer sign-ins and appointment book
* Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
* Address "Thank You" cards to customers

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in sales and customer service
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload
* Proficient in software applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Attention to detail and analytical thinking
