At Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our long term care team.

As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, transferring, and toilet hygiene.

You will also be trained in areas such as activities, dietary, housekeeping, and laundry.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.25 - $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Additionally, we offer a potential $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary:

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living to long term care residents

Work Schedule:

  • 48-71 hours every 2 weeks

Certification:

  • MN CNA certification required within 120 days of hire
