We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Schweitzer Incorporated. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting with the sale of products and services, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests in booking products and services, including lift tickets, ski-school, rentals, season passes, and lodging options.
- Field inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing excellent service levels and guidance to guests.
- Create customized and comprehensive vacation packages for guests, meeting department-wide metrics for revenue, excellent service standards, and goals.
- Deliver outbound sales campaigns and courtesy notices as needed.
- Work with the manager to become a subject matter expert in a wide variety of products and services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high degree of detail.
- Strong customer service skills and sales experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required.
- Knowledge of Sirius ware, SMS, InContact, Inntopia, and RTP preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00 per hour.

This role requires sitting for up to 8 hours per day. The ideal candidate will be able to handle high-stress guest issues and VIP guests while escalating issues to the manager as needed.
