We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automated Press Line Technician to join our team at Flex-N-Gate. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated press lines, including programming and adjusting robotic automation systems and building and adjusting equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the function of a 6 Press Tandem Line, including programming and adjusting robotic automation systems and building and adjusting equipment.
  • Have experience with JCO and knowledge of PLS.
  • Be familiar with Fanuc Robots and the use of overhead Cranes and Hi-Lo.
  • Have mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
Requirements
  • Must pass a written mechanical aptitude/knowledge test.
  • Be able to read instructions and perform tasks as instructed.
  • Have a basic understanding of positive and negative numbers and their relation to robots.
  • Have a basic understanding of the metric and standard (English) system.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc and ABB robots is a plus.
  • Be able to communicate technical information to other team members.
  • Have experience driving a Hi-Lo.
  • Meet general education requirements, including high school math and reading proficiency.
  • Demonstrate a good attendance record.
