Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Dodge City, Kansas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions, reporting outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting a culture of empathy and respect.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Kansas.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including days and nights.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
