National Security Sector Initiatives Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled National Security Sector Initiatives Executive Director to join our team. As a key member of our National Security Sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in support of the Intelligence Community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in the national security sector.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level officials and program stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the IC, defense, or professional services sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in growing NGA business and managing large-scale programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
