We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Mary's Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect care to patients with serious medical conditions and those recovering from medical procedures.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to develop and implement patient care plans, administer medications, and provide wound care.
- Conduct daily care coordination rounds, educate patients and their families on pain management, infection prevention, and achieving optimal outcomes.
- Participate in a supportive environment that fosters skill development and career growth.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current (preferred).
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience (preferred).
- Ventilator Management experience (preferred).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (preferred).
