Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VP of Construction at Precision Reconstruction Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction site management, estimating, ensuring construction safety, utilizing strong organizational skills, managing budgets, and implementing project management strategies on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construction Site Management: Oversee construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Estimating: Develop and manage project estimates, including material costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
  • Construction Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
  • Organization: Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, identifying areas for cost savings, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Project Management: Implement project management strategies to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
