Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the breakfast area and surrounding spaces.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, specialty cocktails, and other menu items.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel products and services, as well as local attractions and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
