We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Diet Aide to join our team at Culinary Services Group. As a Diet Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting with meal distribution to our patients, ensuring a positive dining experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and exceptional customer service among employees.
- Maintain a Clean and Sanitized Environment: Keep the dining room, kitchen, and surrounding areas clean and organized, adhering to our high standards.
- Support Food Service Operations: Assist with food preparation, setup, and delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Receive, unpack, and store deliveries according to supervisor's instructions, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure Employee Safety and Well-being: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Experience: One year of retail, customer service, or food service experience preferred, but not required.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to stand or walk continuously, reach or bend frequently, and lift or carry items of 10lbs or more.
