Tax Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Tax Associate to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Associate, you'll be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
