Material Handler

At OWS Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout our plant, from receiving and storing raw materials to packaging and shipping finished products.

• Operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the plant
• Receive and store raw materials, including ingredients and packaging
• Verify proper allergen controls and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Control inventory in and out of the warehouse, including tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate material delivery
• Participate in quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
• Forklift certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience operating a forklift
• Plex system experience and a minimum of 2 years of computer experience

As a Material Handler, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
