Papa Johns Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at TravelCenters of America. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products in accordance with company guidelines and presentation standards.

• Set up and maintain broiler, fryer, and grill stations to ensure efficient food preparation.
• Prepare food products to meet guest and company specifications, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Follow established waste control procedures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
