Job SummaryThe successful candidate will possess a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care and prioritizing patient well-being. You will be responsible for administering cost-effective therapies, formulating comprehensive treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
- Administer manual therapy techniques and exercises to promote strength, flexibility, and balance.
- Collaborate with patients to set realistic goals and objectives, and provide ongoing support and motivation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions.
- Current New York Physical Therapist License.
- DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 2-3 weeks PTO time, $1,500 for CME annual allowance, and bonuses.
