About This Role:

Network Right is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our client IT infrastructures and manage internal team members. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling client IT systems, creating and executing IT policies and roadmaps, and defining IT budgets. You will also lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient delivery and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the final escalation point for client and team scenarios
Build and execute IT roadmap planning for clients
Manage physical assets, including inventory, cable management, and workspace
Support identity providers, such as Okta and Google Workspace
Develop and update standards, policies, and procedures, as well as best practices documentation
Configure automations and tooling, especially for onboarding and offboarding flows
Facilitate IT shipments, including onboarding and offboarding packages and equipment
Manage and support a team of associate IT consultants and IT consultants

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a computing-related discipline
6+ years of experience in an IT-focused role
4+ years of experience managing direct reports
Experience with Mac OS and Windows
Well-organized and customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
Passion for IT and building relationships
Curious, self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing field
Experience with management and leading a technical team

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree with a technology focus
Certifications, such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Okta, and/or AWS
Experience building out and deploying MDMs and SSO/IDP providers
