Silo Erection Foreman Job Opening
RPM Builds LLC is seeking an experienced Silo Erection Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the construction and installation of bolted tanks and silos, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications and schedule.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of construction workers, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support.
  • Working closely with crew members to ensure tasks and responsibilities are assigned effectively and monitored regularly.
  • Developing and implementing daily JSA, consistently managing jobsite safety hazards and conditions.
  • Promoting a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and motivating the crew to achieve project goals.

Construction Execution and Quality Control:
  • Oversight of the construction process to ensure accurate and efficient execution according to specifications.
  • Regular inspections to verify quality of workmanship, materials, and adherence to project plans.
  • Addressing any issues or deviations promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed records of construction activities, including progress reports, work hours, and material usage.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and location.
