As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for conducting initial patient screenings, cleaning teeth, and advising patients on oral health and preventative care.

You will work closely with dentists to decide treatments for teeth or gum diseases and build trust with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring patients feel comfortable before their examination
  • Sterilizing dental instruments properly
  • Conducting initial mouth screenings and checking oral health history
  • Identifying conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
  • Cleaning and protecting patients' teeth
  • Educating patients on proper teeth care
  • Providing instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures
  • Taking X-rays or dental impressions
  • Assisting dentists with selecting treatments for various diseases
  • Maintaining documentation and charts on each patient
  • Monitoring supplies

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or similar role
  • Dental Hygiene license required
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A patient and friendly personality
  • Attention to detail
  • Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
