Job Description

The Support Representative II, Shop Technician role involves preparing new equipment for delivery, rebuilding used equipment, and providing technical support to other technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electronics repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing and setting up all assigned equipment, performing operational checks and making necessary adjustments using the Supply Chain Install/Return Checklist.
  • Performing setups on advanced equipment, such as production gear.
  • Programming equipment to match specific customer requirements, following Customer Configuration Document (CCD) specifications.
