Optician Assistant

Job Summary:

As an Optician Assistant at Walmart, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members. Your primary responsibility will be to assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Locate merchandise and ensure it is properly stocked and displayed.
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote Company products and services to members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage range of $37.00 to $45.00.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
