Job Description
  • Meetings Coordination: Coordinate meetings, video conferences, and calls; prepare agendas and materials, and distribute notes effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general admin support for the deputy publisher including expense reports, assist with special projects.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Input seasonal marketing data and gather/preparing/uploading assets for marketing, support marketing team on outreach, budget tracking, light research, etc.
  • Sales Materials: Oversee seasonal deadlines for sales materials. Prep for sales meetings, catalog, etc. Gather agenda and develop materials (decks, sell sheets, etc.) for weekly and seasonal sales meetings.
  • General Support: Help coordinate mailings, order occasional supplies, assist with special events.
