Ruby Tuesday Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Ruby Tuesday. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and friendly service to all guests, adhering to our CHARM service model.
  • Learn and explain our menu offerings, making recommendations and suggestive selling to guests.
  • Accurately record and input orders into our MICROS system in a timely manner.
  • Deliver food to guests and check back to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide refills and prebus stations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
