Position Details:
Job Title: Claims Analyst
Job ID: 146656
Schedule: Must be available for an 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 6 PM
Training Location: Southlake, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure claims are processed in alignment with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review photographic evidence of damaged properties, insurance policies, and ensure claims are processed according to established agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
- At least 2 years of experience in document review.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required.
- No call center experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
