Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Needham, Massachusetts.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative therapy to geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities.

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and health.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to revise and update care plans as needed.
• Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
• Accurately document client care management and services provided.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
