Job Title: Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team at Integrated Talent Strategies. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating a press machine to produce high-quality metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the Press: Unbolt and unclamp the die, remove scrap and lubricant, and clean the press and surrounding area.
  • Set the Die: Push the die onto the bolster, adjust the die to the center, and bolt and clamp the upper and lower halves of the die.
  • Load the Coil: Load the coil onto the reel or in the cradle, remove the banding, and feed the strip into the press feed.
  • Run the Press: Activate the switch, advance the coil through the die, and install lube lines, air blow-offs, and chutes.
  • Inspect and Monitor: Check parts for gauging and measuring, obtain inspection approval, and monitor the press for proper feed and lubrication.
  • Document Statistical Process Control: Pick up parts, measure them, return them to the bin, and record measurements.
