Engineering Project Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Specialist to join our team at Babcock & Wilcox. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in project coordination, with excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate multiple engineering activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development and exchange of information, as well as technical correspondence between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor engineering man-hour expenditures and manage technical guarantee risk throughout the project.
  • Act as the technical interface between B&W, customers, vendors, and subcontractors, representing B&W technically at site during construction and commissioning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology.
  • 12-15 years' experience in a relevant field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate multiple engineering activities simultaneously.
Estimated Salary:

$100,000 - $160,000 per year.
