Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN Med Surge to join our team at National Park Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team.
  • Provide patient education and support, including explaining procedures and treatments, and promoting patient understanding and cooperation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, physical assessment, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in the state of [state].
  • Experience working in a medical-surgical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
