Job Summary

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Teller to join our team. As a Part Time Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized advice and solutions to customers to meet their financial needs
  • Process transactions, including cash and digital payments
  • Meet quarterly referral goals and consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve business goals
  • Stay up-to-date on Citizens products and benefits to effectively respond to customer questions and concerns
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer experience, recommending and referring products and services
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service
  • Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience processing transactions
  • Motivates others through collaboration
  • Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask effectively
